We aspire to further develop and enhance partnerships with establishments in and around Welgemoed, with the aim of increasing visibility and motivating our Welgemoed residents to support these organisations, either directly or indirectly.

As Helen Keller said, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much," a reminder that our community's strength lies in how we uplift our most vulnerable members.

• Location should be close to Welgemoed
• Welgemoed residents should be involved/ support the initiative in person (some residents as involved champions per partner)
• Financially independent (allowing WCID to review and adjust partner selection and funding allocation on an ongoing basis)
• Focussed on upliftment and support of the most vulnerable
